Finding housing abroad when children set the radius
How families filter apartments and houses overseas: school run, clinics, leases for foreigners, and a comparison you can defend.

The right home is the one that makes the school and the clinic boring. Everything else is taste.
We start from the children’s week: drop-off, activities, a pediatric clinic, and a grocery that does not require a project. Budget and bedrooms come next, including a room that can become a nursery if you are still expecting.
Foreign leases fail on quiet clauses: guarantors, proof of income from another country, pets, and the number of people on the contract. Local counsel reads the lease. We make sure you are not in love with a flat you cannot sign.
Viewings are a sequence, not a holiday. Each home gets the same notes: light, noise, stairs with a stroller, water pressure, and the real walk to the school gate.
Move-in week is utilities, internet, and a locksmith, timed so the first school morning is not also the morning the internet arrives. That is housing search as we run it.
