Global Family Relocation

One family. One coordinator. One plan.

Our experts and partners are ready to assist you and your family. We coordinate the move, the visa, the home, the school, a birth abroad, and the first weeks after you land. Lawyers, doctors, and banks do the regulated work.

Or open a short brief.

The six things families ask

One place for the whole journey.

  • Where could we go — the destination finder, not a ranking.
  • How do we get there — relocation, school, and residence questions.
  • How do we arrive prepared — with a suitcase, keys, and a SIM.
  • Where will we live — a home inside the school commute.
  • What if we need another place — family continuity, planned calmly.
  • Who helps after we land — the same coordinator.

Where you start is not the limit.

The country you leave and the country you choose do not have to match our passports. Read the country guides.

How the walk looks.

All scenes
The landing

The landing

We meet you in the hall. Bags, children, and the first hour in a new country.

The move

The move

The container and the papers. Someone stays until the boxes are in the house.

The keys

The keys

A home you can actually sign. We put the keys in your hand.

The school

The school

We walk the gate with you, and we ask about both children.

The birth

The birth

The hospital, the doctor, and the week you travel. We stay with you.

You are home

You are home

Flowers on the first day. A folder for everything that comes after.

Before you need it

A second place, planned while life is ordinary.

Family continuity is a residence, a school option, and a home you understand — prepared before you need them. We do not sell a flight from a crisis, and we do not call a country safe. Birth, fertility, and surrogacy stay specialist journeys inside the same plan.

Read family continuity
  • Move abroad

Visa, school, house, shipping, and the first month.

  • A second base

A home and a residence you can use, not a rumour.

  • Schools

Sibling places inside the commute, before you love a campus.

  • A safe home

A house you can sign, in a place that feels safe.

  • Fertility abroad

IVF or insemination, coordinated. We are not the clinic.

  • Adoption from abroad

The Hague path only. Never a child for sale.

  • Investment

A lawful account and a real asset. No hidden money.

The move

We walk the visa, the school, the house, and the first month with you.

Status

Residence and citizenship, step by step, with counsel. Never a promise we cannot keep.

A home

A house your family can sign, in a place that feels safe.

The practical

A bank, a job path, and money that arrives where it should.

What we walk with you.

Every step, with you.

  1. 01

    Discover

Where you are, who is moving, and what the move is for. No country is declared the best.

  2. 02

    Plan

One coordinator writes the sequence: visa, school, home, healthcare, and the people who must do the regulated work.

  3. 03

    Prepare

Documents, appointments, and a home shortlist inside the school commute, before anyone flies.

  4. 04

    Arrive

Airport, keys, SIM, and the first appointments. Arrive with a suitcase, not a list of errands.

  5. 05

    Settle

Registration, school start, doctor, and the ordinary week. The same coordinator stays.

  6. 06

    Support

After landing, concierge for the household that still has questions. One family. One plan.

Client notes

We will publish family notes when a household agrees to be named. Until then, the picture stories are examples of a plan, not testimonials. Please do not read them as reviews.

Choose a way to begin.

Start small, or bring the whole household. Either way you have one principal, and you are never handed from desk to desk.

Look first

Complimentary · 60 minutes

You are not sure the move, the birth, or the wedding should happen.

  • Both adults on the call
  • Which country can actually do it
  • A written no, if that is the answer

Arrival

Custom family plan · 8–16 weeks

One household, one city, the first month only.

  • Area orientation
  • Three homes inside the school commute
  • School shortlist and visit days
  • Bank and registration appointments
  • Landing week: keys, SIM, clinic

Household

Custom family plan · 12–24 weeks

The full move, including the partner’s work.

  • Everything in Arrival
  • Immigration counsel choreography
  • Shipping and pets
  • Partner job or remote-work path
  • 30-day handover pack

Birth abroad

Custom family plan · From 28 weeks out

A pregnancy the mother is carrying, planned in another country.

  • Hospital and obstetric shortlist
  • Travel window at 32–36 weeks
  • Apartment near the unit
  • Registration and infant travel documents
  • Two weeks of postpartum household support

Wedding abroad

Custom family plan · 8–20 weeks

An international couple who need the marriage to exist in both systems.

  • Which country can marry you
  • No-impediment, translation, apostille
  • Registrar appointment
  • Recognition note for home
  • Travel sequence, not a wedding fair

Prepared

Custom family plan · 12–20 weeks

A household that wants a second usable base, planned in ordinary time.

  • Which country you can actually enter and stay
  • A residence path with counsel, not a passport for sale
  • School and a safe home on one map
  • Document vault: passports, marriage, birth, funds
  • A 12-month plan you can rehearse

Fertility abroad

Custom family plan · 6–16 weeks

IVF or insemination in a country where the treatment is lawful for you.

  • Lawful country for your household
  • Licensed clinic shortlist
  • Travel and a stay that can absorb a delay
  • Parentage note for home
  • No success-rate promise

Adoption file

Custom family plan · The authority’s timeline

Intercountry adoption through the central authorities, never a private child.

  • Whether you may adopt abroad at all
  • Home-study calendar
  • Translations and apostilles
  • Housing and school only after approval
  • A stop if anyone sells a child

The year

Custom family plan · 12 months

A household that wants one desk after landing.

  • A named principal
  • School, medical, and travel calendars
  • After-hours cover
  • Quarterly review
  • New files opened inside the retainer

A custom family plan.

Destination, partner fees, and how much of the landing we hold all change the number. Discovery is a conversation. The plan is quoted after it, not from a menu.

Your place

Wake up in Phuket, or in Rio. Then tell us the numbers.

Who is moving, beach or a big city, what you can afford each month, and what you will invest. Ten questions, then one possible country. Leave an email and a phone number with the country code, and we reply with a consultation for that household.

Open the questions

Asked before a mandate.

Can you arrange a wedding abroad for an international couple?

Yes, as coordination. We prepare the certificate of no impediment, translations, apostilles, and the registrar appointment, and we map whether the marriage will be recognised at home. We do not perform the ceremony or issue the certificate. Registrar and translator fees are separate. The coordination plan is quoted for that couple and that country.

What is the difference between a second residence and a second citizenship?

A second residence is permission to live in a country for a period, on conditions. A second citizenship is a separate, later decision by that state. Global Family Relocation coordinates the move, the home, and the school. A lawyer files. We do not sell a passport.

Can you arrange a pension move with a caretaker, a doctor, and a SIM card?

Yes, as a coordination package. We plan the move, the airport pickup, a local SIM, a doctor, therapy if you need it, and a caretaker introduced locally. The carer and the physician are licensed where you land. We do not provide medical treatment.

How do I plan an international birth abroad?

Start with why the birth would be abroad, then look at entry rules, a licensed hospital, housing near it, birth registration, the baby’s nationality, and the parents’ status. Global Family Relocation coordinates that sequence. Counsel and the hospital do the legal and medical acts. We do not promise citizenship for the parents.

How much does birth-abroad coordination cost?

The coordination plan is quoted for the country, the hospital, and how much postpartum help you want. Hospital, obstetric, and legal fees are separate and paid to those providers. We do not publish a single birth price.

Which regions do you cover for family relocation?

Our network is expanding. We coordinate with local partners where we have checked they exist. We do not claim a standing office in every city on the map, and we do not say we regularly place families somewhere until that corridor is actually staffed. Ask which destination we can open for your dates.

Are you a law firm or a hospital?

No. Global Family Relocation coordinates. Licensed lawyers, doctors, clinics, and banks do the regulated work. We introduce them. We do not practise law or medicine, and we do not hold client money.

How long does an international family relocation take?

Most mandates run 8–24 weeks from signed brief to landing week. Visa category, school calendars, and housing supply set the pace. A compressed landing can be designed; it costs more and tolerates fewer constraints.
