How a family should read a visa rule change
A visa regulation change is a date, a category, and who it affects. It is not a headline to book a flight on.

When a government changes a visa rule, families usually hear a sentence and miss the line under it. Who does it apply to. From which date. Does a file already in process keep the old rule. Does a child turning eighteen fall out of the family category.
We do not publish a law we have not read. A briefing from this desk names the country, the category, and the question to put in front of licensed counsel. We do not tell you that you are approved.
If you are mid-move, freeze new bookings until counsel says the change touches your file or it does not. A school deposit and a lease can wait a week. A wrong flight cannot.
Bring the passports, the current permits, and the dates you must be in the new country. That is enough for a useful answer. Rumour is not.
