Investing in a foreign country as a family
How households look at overseas property, funds, and companies without treating a family office as a broker.

Families search “invest in a foreign country” for three different projects: a home they will use, a rental or a fund they will not, or capital parked beside a residence application. Those are not the same legal object. Mixing them is how people buy an apartment that does not qualify for the visa they thought they were buying.
We are not an investment adviser and we do not take a hidden fee from a product. The mandate is coordination. Licensed advisers in the destination explain what a non-resident can hold. Tax counsel explains what your home country will still tax. The bank explains whether the money can arrive.
If the asset is a house the children will live in, the real-estate mandate is the right door, with school and commute in the brief. If it is a financial portfolio, this one is.
We will not structure an investment to hide it. Reporting is part of the plan, not an afterthought.
