A remote online business when the family moves
How a relocating partner keeps or starts lawful online work: visa, company, bank, and a plan that does not wait until everyone is unpacked.

One parent often has the job that justifies the visa. The other has a skill that could be sold online — design, accounts, teaching, trade — and no structure in the new country. “Start an online business abroad” fails when the visa forbids the work, or when the first invoice has nowhere legal to land.
Apichaya Brako does not hand you a shop or a course. We sit with counsel and ask which of three shapes is allowed: stay employed by the old company and work remotely, invoice as a sole trader, or form a company where the law and the tax year actually fit. Then the bank. Then a short list of how you will find the first clients, which is your work, not a promise of ours.
This sits beside partner job support. Some people need an employer. Some need a desk, a permit, and a clean invoice. Say which one you are in the brief.
We will not dress up a scheme that pays you for recruiting other families. If the income cannot be explained to a bank, it is not a mandate we take.
