The papers, in an order.
This is a list to prepare with your coordinator. It is not a vault. Do not upload passports to this website. A secure family vault can come later, with access controls. Until then, the originals stay with you.
Passports
Expiry for every person, including the baby who does not have one yet.
Birth certificates
Long form, and whether a translation or apostille is required.
Marriage or civil status
Needed for residence, school, and sometimes the hospital.
School records
Reports and immunisation, in a language the next school will read.
Visa file
What counsel asked for, and the date it expires.
Housing papers
Offer, deposit, and what the landlord still needs.
Medical letters
Only what a clinic asked you to carry. We do not store the records here.
