Intercountry adoption
Adoption from abroad
Adoption from abroad is an intercountry adoption under the Hague Convention where it applies, run by the central authorities and licensed agencies of both countries. Apichaya Brako coordinates the household side: the home-study calendar, translations, the move once a placement is lawful, school, and housing. We do not place children. We do not introduce a private child. We refuse any file that looks like a payment for a child.
Custom family plan · Often measured in years, not weeks

What the mandate holds
- Whether your home country allows you to adopt abroad at all
- The central-authority path, not a private introduction
- Home-study, translations, and apostilles in the right order
- Housing and school planning for the child who may arrive
- A stop if anyone asks to be paid for a child
What you leave with
- A lawful route, or a clear no
- A household ready if a placement is approved
- No promise of a child, a country, or a date
Authority, agency, and legal fees are paid to them. Never to a private intermediary for a child.
