Households on a posting, a second base, or the first year after a move, who want continuity rather than a new vendor every week.
The monthly work
School and medical calendars, travel that fits a visa, a childcare gap, a renewal that is about to expire, and introductions when a specialist is needed.
Security and drivers
If you want a chauffeur or a security firm, we introduce licensed local firms. They contract with you. We do not provide bodyguards.
Who you speak to
One principal. Apichaya or Gerd remains accountable. The city manager is the person on the ground in that desk’s hours.
Questions
Is this a retainer?
It can be, quoted for the city and the intensity. We do not publish a number that pretends every city costs the same.
Do you book holidays?
Travel that belongs to the family’s residence and school life, yes. A holiday agency, no.
