Family housing abroad
The house is wrong if the school run is wrong. We search inside the radius the children can live with, then ask which landlords will rent to a family with no local credit.

Families who already know the city, or who are choosing the city and the school together. Not a fit for a holiday let.
The filter
Bedrooms, the youngest child’s sleep, a landlord who will contract with foreigners, flood or security notes that are local, and a lease long enough for the school year.
Temporary first
A serviced apartment for the first month is often smarter than signing from abroad. We use it to see the commute, then move once.
What you sign
You sign the lease. We do not become the tenant and we do not hold the deposit. A local lawyer reads a purchase. A rental still needs the inventory in writing.
Questions
Can you find a house before we arrive?
Often a shortlist, sometimes a signed lease if the landlord accepts a remote tenant. Many will not. We say which.
Do you sell property?
No. We coordinate the search. The agent and the lawyer do their jobs.
