A wedding abroad for an international couple
How two people from different countries marry away from home: documents, the registrar, and whether Germany, Thailand, or a third country will recognise it.

An international couple does not need a bigger cake. They need a country that is allowed to marry them, and a home country that will treat the marriage as real afterwards. Apichaya Brako and Gerd Nils Victor Brako married across Thailand and Germany. The desk now runs that paper path for other couples.
The usual file is a certificate of no impediment from each home authority, a translation, an apostille where the registrar asks for one, two witnesses, and an appointment that is actually on the book. Some countries require a residence period before they will marry non-residents. Some will not marry a same-sex couple. We check that before anyone books a flight.
Recognition is the second half. A marriage celebrated abroad can be valid and still need to be registered at home before a bank, a visa, or a birth will treat you as spouses. In Germany that is often a Nachbeurkundung. In Thailand it is a registration question of its own. Counsel or the registrar confirms it. We sequence it. We do not stamp it.
We are not a wedding planner and we do not sell a venue package. If you want flowers, hire a florist. If you want the marriage to exist in both legal systems, open this mandate. The principals sit with you in the same office style as every other family file.
