Wedding abroad
Wedding abroad is for two people who do not share one legal system. Apichaya Brako coordinates the certificate of no impediment, translations, apostilles, the registrar’s appointment, and the question of whether the marriage will be recognised at home. We do not perform the ceremony and we do not issue the certificate.

What the mandate holds
- Which country can actually marry you, on your two passports
- Certificate of no impediment, translations, and apostille
- Registrar or embassy appointment, witnesses, and a translator
- A written note on recognition and registration back home
- Travel and a quiet civil setting, not a wedding fair
What you leave with
- A date the registrar has confirmed
- A document list both of you can finish
- No promise that every country will register the marriage automatically
Registrar, translator, and venue fees are paid to them.
