Nanny finding
Agencies often take a month of the nanny’s wage. We charge a coordination fee and leave her salary with her.
Who this is for
Families with a baby or with school hours that do not match a job. Not a staffing firm.
The search
Language, hours, live-in or live-out, and the right to work. We introduce people we can actually reference. You meet them. You employ them.
The price
€690–€1,190. A kindergarten search, if a place exists, is the smaller file at €490–€790. Homeschool only where it is legal. In Germany it mostly is not.
Questions
Are you the employer?
No. You are, on a local contract.
Can the nanny start the week we land?
Only if we started the search before the flight. Say so in the brief.
