Surrogacy coordination
Some countries allow surrogacy. Some ban it. Some allow it and then refuse to recognise the parents when they land at home. We start with that last sentence.
Who this is for
Intended parents who want the lawful path explained before they pay a clinic or an agency. Not a fit if you already chose a country because a forum said it was easy.
Where we will work
Only where surrogacy is lawful and the child’s parentage can be documented. If your home country criminalises the arrangement or will not issue a passport, we stop. We do not shop for a loophole.
What coordination means
A written map: clinic, lawyer in the birth country, lawyer at home, insurance, the birth, the court or notarial step that names the parents, and the passport. We are not the surrogate’s employer and we are not the clinic.
The child
The goal is a child who can enter the parents’ country with a document a border will accept. A birth certificate that names the wrong people is not a success.
Questions
Can you guarantee a passport?
No. The parents’ country issues it, or it does not. We will not start if that answer is already no.
Is this the same as adoption?
No. Adoption has its own authorities and its own page. We do not blur them.
